  • Zero downtime
  • Zero audit findings

6. Third-Party Vendor Dependency

  • Security vendors
  • SaaS platforms

We are not liable for:

  • Vendor outages
  • Security failures
  • Data loss within third-party systems

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site, including:

  • Operational methodologies

are proprietary to Chadsel LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
